For the longest time, street view showed my dads truck in the driveway of their house, long after he had passed and the truck was gone. It was kinda cool. Sad when they updated it.

Just FYI, you can go back and view old street view images. Enter street view, then click the little tiny clock at top-left and it will open a slider with all available collections.

That wasn't a slam. I just still think of google as a resource for the DIY guy, but it's moving toward a universal FSM for everything if you can sift through the content.

So working on the cabinet today, I was making all kinds of, well maybe pretty decent, face it I was making some, progress. I assembled a drawer for the lower cabinet and got the slides installed and everything was working pretty good....... UNTIL ..... Yep, I had the cabinet upside down.
When I saw that, all I could do was :D... and say a few choice wood-working words. So I turned the cabinet right-side-up, remounted the drawer slides and trim the bottom of the drawer face so I can put a drawer under it.

Tomorrow is another adventure into ..... "The Wonderful World of Cabinet Making"

I have a "wanted" thread for a Raingler net, so I was watching on TNX for the same, and saw a guy offer one to somebody. He also has an account here, so I sent him a PM Friday the 30th saying I'd buy it. Fast forward to today, he listed it for sale: https://www.thenewx.org/threads/fs-raingler-roof-net.280341/

So I guess he didn't get my PM here, and since I'm banned from there I couldn't message him. FML.

So was that a yes, it's ok to run with my 1500 mile old leaf spring bushings and u-bolts when I put the new OME leaf packs on?

Edit: I'm going to attempt this in an afternoon, alone, 4 jack stands, a floor jack and a bottle jack. Am I an idiot?

Well I'm counting they days not until I get quarantined. Both of my in-laws have the rona then my wife informed me that most of her employees are getting tested and a few of them have tested positive. She is still being stubborn and not getting tested.

    I'm seeing more about this.

I'm beginning to think I need to delete all social media from my life and become a hermit.

I’m barely on FB as it is. I spend more time here than any other social media platforms. Doubt I will get an account on there.

    Yes!

If it wasnt for the classifieds, I would have left FB forever ago. I honestly like (love) forums better, and my Instagram doesnt have the same bullshiat interactions my FB has. I am so with you on this. If everyone could just move back onto the forums, that would be great, thanks.
