Here's my thing. I chose to live here. The wife and I made a conscious decision to move here. And you know what? It snows here. I have absolutely no right to bitch about it. In fact, I rather enjoy it.
They are calling for snow everyday next week. To be fair I was born in this gobble forsaken state and my wife refuses to move away from her family. So now I have to live with this shiat. I have tried and tried to talk her into moving to different states. I even suggested that she stays in ohio and I move to a different state but that was a no go.

Nope. For the once or twice a year I'd use it, it's a waste. Most snow we get here is gone in 24hrs.

Our snow is light and fluffy most of the time anyways - agreed, don't need a snow blower here.

I have one just due to the square footage of pavement I have to clear. Live on a double corner lot (so three sides of sidewalk) and have a two-car wide driveway. Saves me a lot of time with the blower. Bought a battery powered one though, so don't have to deal with smelling like gas after using it.

How do you like the battery one? Was curious.

For light snow - maybe up to 6" - its good for what it is (I bought a cheaper, lower level one). Pretty quiet. Decent throw. Depending on if its a wet or dry snow, battery lasts maybe 35-45 minutes.

Something like today though, its under powered. Went through two batteries, and haven't finished. But they charge pretty fast, so will finish after dinner.

I'm going to craigslist the one I have after this year and get a more powerful one next year.

Watching this Xmas movie on D+ with the wife. It has Anna Kendrick in it. Her hotness cannot distract from how terrible this movie is.

I am a big fan of full auto
The ones I've played with that I can afford aren't very strong. I can hold it against my shoe and it will stop the blade without much resistance and the blades tend to be loose. I like my spring assist, damn near as fast IMO.
Ya think? We might have a bit of snow.
So much so I started digging out the neighbors SUV at first today..
