Thanks to the rain and some errand running, it took 13hr to get the pork done. But the bone pulled out clean and its pretty darn good. Not my best, I don't have time to let it rest properly so I pulled it and put it in a Tupperware container in the fridge hot to hopefully preserve some moisture.
