I have to jump one of my guys asses about being on his phone to much at work. It pisses me off because he is technically an adult and i should not have to babysit him. Really I think they should get rid of him because we don't have enough work for everyone anyways.

Spent the evening taking my dryer apart. Idler pulley sized up and blew apart taking the belt with it.
Why are Samsung appliances genuinely so terrible? We've had nothing but ufcking problems with our washer and dryer. I'm glad we didn't pay for them. I'd be piased.

I think it's about time for new machines for us. I've had the washer apart twice to unlock the drum drive and the drier howls occasionally while turning.
No clue what to replace them with though. Would prefer to skip all that electronic mumbo jumbo....
