Good morning.
Tomorrows agenda, get up at 4:30 am start smoker. When its ready put beef chuck roast on smoke till 200+°f. While waiting make 3 dozen hard boiled eggs and brine chicken breast. When roast is done pull that off the smoker and increase the temperature of the smoker to 300° and put the chicken on smoker them till it reaches 165 or what ever temperature they are supposed to get too. When the chicken is done drop the temperature of the smoker low to about 190°f and smoke the hardboiled eggs for about 45 minutes.
