I'm not a social person, and being in charge of so many people was not comfortable. High-stress and strong social anxiety were stirring up old thoughts and feelings of depression; and that's a road I refuse to go back down, especially over something as trivial as a job.
Surprisingly, there was very very little of this, if any. There wasn't always a whole lot of support on things that required a higher level of authority, though.
