Probably top three things you've posted. Well done.

BEEFY

I Smile when Gasoline Can Freeze
Should be more self sufficient like Beefy. Civilization is getting too soft.

I wish I was able to feed my family wild game. But unfortunately the wife won’t touch it and doesn’t want to feed it to the kids

That's to bad that she doesn't want try it. It defiantly isn't for everyone, but her dislike of it shouldn't stop you and your kids from being able to enjoy it. When I do BBQ's that are wild game I always have a small pack of store bought burgers or steak for the people that cant get past the idea of eating wild game. Would something like that work for you?

My wife grew up with her dad hunting and eating wild game. She is also involved with any of the butchering we do, wether it is chickens, rabbit or moose, ect.

Traded 2 baby goats once they are weaned for a ready to butcher pig. Picked up the pig last night and will be butchering it this next weekend. Weighs at least 250lbs. My wife is the one who arranged this trade with a local farmer.

These are my preferred footwear for wheeling, camping and hiking. Took a couple years of friends harassing me to try finally try them. They are definatly different, but my feet like them.

the store bought meat thing could work. But the kids do play a lot on the reactions of the both of us and can be a little fussy. Just don’t want to fill the deep freeze with meat that I will be the only one eating

The only thing I can say is have them try it. For deer get some summer sausage or trail bologna made up and start them off on that. Slowly introduce them to different cuts and see how they react. I know it is hard to beat some venison bratwurst.
