holy shiat me too! not sure what my first fire arm purchase would be yet though. gotta get out of IL first. the money i need to spend to even own a base AR legally here i can buy 2 or 3 in WI. i actually want an m14 more than i do and AR. love over under shot guns too back when i shot clays a while back. as for a side arm im not really sure, maybe just plan old 1911. never liked Glocks.

My glock is a tool. She goes with me errywherre. She need not be fancy, or braggadocios. Just silent. Well oiled and perfect in her blackness. For my bitch, while equipped with the ability to make 17 high speed, very profound statements, prefers to be quiet and just wait.

Ill take her over any decked out loud mouthed 1911 around.

The 1911 is such a stupid gun for defense /carry. It's huge. Heavy. Won't feed hollow points. Has to be carried cocked and locked. It's dumb.

See, I love a 1911 but it’s not a carry gun. They’re extremely fun to shoot and look at but I could never carry one. I personally love the xds for edc. A 1911 will probably be my next firearm purchase though

I'm with you on 1911s being a fun gun to shoot but impractical. I would never own one but I will be more than happy to shoot other people's 1911s.

Inspection report for my current place came back - along with buyer repair requests. I love people who want to nickel and dime you.
I'm already covering closing and they asked for gutters, french drain, leveling of porch, replacing of french doors to deck and a couple random non-sensical items that are cheap and easy to DIY.

How about no you cheapskates? I'll offer you a credit for the porch and gutters...you can hire someone to deal with that.
