It's at a different machine shop 1st shift more pay. So yes from what I was told today working Saturday will equate to working 55-60 hours a week.

Sounds to me like they need to hire more people if they're needing to push that many hours.
They say that they can't get people to stay there. I can see that working that amount of hours. I can live with working 5 10s but when you add in working Saturday that is going a little to far. They are only running one shift and don't really want to add a 2nd shift. I asked one guy how long they have been working all this overtime he told me over a year now. I think this is going to be hopefully just a short stay. I'm going to work on getting my certifications to try andx help me get my foot in the door working in IT. All this overtime will definitely help cover the cost of the exames.
