Look at my build thread. I swapped the std overhead console for the Bluetooth module. And mounted all my switches in it.
Ok, nice..

I remember last time I started reading your novel, I had endless questions and my to do list started growing!

Anyone know where I can get some fender liner clip nuts and the black pan head screws for cheap?

I've seen a lot of people have problems with non-OE cam/crank sensors. I have a Standard Motor Products oil pressure sensor that's worked fine for years though.

I'm worse off now, before it was just a hard start but once started she ran fine, now after replacing the two Cam Sensors she won't get any gas and getting both Cam Sensor codes...so FN frustrated

You'd probably be better off just running the originals until you can get better replacements.

I just hope that it's simply bad sensors and ordering the Hitachi ones from RockAuto, she'll be sitting until then I'll use the Mrs car "Turbo" as she calls it till then...the pain in my chest from having to lay across the engine to reach those to female dogs is not looking forward to doing it again...can we get some damned room to work with in modern vehicles already?!?!?

Haha yeah those suck. I haven't needed to replace mine completely yet but a couple years ago I replaced just the o-rings on them (I was really surprised Nissan sells them separately.) because they were leaking enough oil to soak the connector harness and also slowly spread down the rear of the engine.

To make it easier I tied some rope to the hood hatch and ran it to the roof rack and pulled the hood fully open and tied it off. Gives you a lot more head room. The other thing that helped was laying a couple of flattened moving boxes on top of the engine with a towel on top of those and just laying on top of it all.

Don't be like me and make sure you have all your tools/parts with you before you climb up there lol.

Anyone know if frontiers and xterras share same mud flap mounting style? I’m thinking about getting some rok blokz mud flaps but only specifically stated for Frontys.

If they didn't but had enough overlap you could drill out your own mounting holes for them probably. I'm looking at those too, ever since I did wheel spacers + no flaps all it takes is a small wet section of road to completely spray the side of the X with dirt.

Mud Flaps.... (If you wheel) You know what they say..... Take 'em off, or tear 'em off, but they're coming off.
2 days old, 1st time off road in it, 2 of 4 were cracked and the other two were pulled off at least one mounting screw and were sitting unlevel. They all got pulled the next day.

Oh well..

If you were going to not only Tswap suspension but do the VK56 too, what year would you be looking for?

Watching auctions and sales and I see a lot of '05 but I think I read somewhere I'd want at least an '08 or 9 IIRC.. Why is that or am I confusing things again?

09+ (I think) has a "3-rib" m205 which is supposedly a stronger case. The brakes are also different, if you're going to swap it all. 04-06 will fit a 17" wheel. 07+ needs an 18" wheel.
