Also, I think we all need to admit that different sauces for different foods is a thing.
Tabasco is my personal #1, but there's several different Tabasco sauces. The Verde is great on left over pasta dishes. Frank's is the best on chicken. Texas Pete is better on certain things as well. Let's not forget Valentina's for Mexican food and Crystal for Jambalaya if you're not so much on the fermented flavor of Tabasco.
