Im running into this stuff multiple places. Like you said I just want to know when I will see something. I bought a living room suit in March. I have the love seat and recliner and have been told "they will call me when the sofa is in". Prime I know we deal with a lot of the same type stuff so I just called 2 Major security retailers about a small addressable fire alarm panel. I got "back ordered with date TBD". I have a customer that I either have to completely replace their fire alarm system from the ground up because its addressable or tell them to do a fire watch until........

Also in early April my house took a small lightning strike. I lost my TV, cctv dvr, my surround system and a few arc fault breakers. When I called our main distributor about the surround receiver they said they were told they would be lucky if they were back in stock this fall. I found one on Amazon but paid retail instead of wholesale. I made a insurance claim anyway but still.

Yeah. shiats crazy. DSC security parts are back ordered for months. AVRs, amps, all are taking forever. And don't get me started on Sonos.

Thankfully, Sony has been able to keep TVs coming with some regularity.

The fire alarm panel is a Firelite es50x, nothing big. Both ADI and Anixter told me back order TBD.

orange is home. And after a three hour bath, moderately presentable! Did pretty good on the highway too. Other than a mild shudder from year old gas. I need to raise that nose a bit.

I'll never part with mine. I love it too much. It's slow as shiat, but damn things goes anywhere, even with no lift.

I still need to get that front locker installed.

And new tires...

And figure out why I get some nasty body roll in heavy wind while going down the freeway.

They have the broadside cross section of a billboard.
I'm aware, but I've not experienced this type of body roll before. It felt like bad shocks, but they seem to rebound fine. It would get hit, and then continue going side to side. It was a touch scary, honestly. Probably just keep an eye on it.

Also, tire shopping time for Gamora!

Looks like water was wicking down the throttle cables on the brown one. Carb was locked up tight. Had to pry the butterfly open on it. Lots of corrosion behind the carbs in both. Brown one also has rust down in the intake.
