been more than a minute but thought I would wave the flag while I was here. I don't get to work on the X as much as I would like, getting up to 190k and looking at big decisions. Having teenagers getting huge and fitment issues in the back seat for trips is getting to the forefront of the future viability. I'd like to get the new Armada P$X, jesus its alot of cash. Next big trip is two weeks up to OR for the Overland Expo. Happy this place still here and yall still kicking. :)

If you go off road, look at a used Toyota Sequoia Limited, 2018 and up.

Always room for a $900 Datsun!

Every weekend I go spend one day moving stuff to a temp shop I'm using for now. I have so so much stuff, but I'm also taking this time to throw stuff out. they havent told me when my old shop will be torn down so I'm just trying to do as much as I can as fast as I can. I just work till my back says "no more bro" then I go home. I should have a couple extra hands not this weekend, but next and I hope to do a bunch then.

welp... thursday is the day iget the ball rolling on going back to my long time fuel job of over 8 years.

propane job was stupid, and we all know the story with the fuel company i ran with for a few months. with this world be unpredictable and a few words that are not forum friendly, best to go back to what ive always done in an area that i know despite changes i didnt like there.

Jury Duty yesterday was a bit of a soul sucker. Was able to check in online, so only had to show at 12:30. Case was a road rage induced murder and the counts were to verify if it was a "justifiable homicide" and if the suspect tampered with evidence. That he did it was not contested. DA had a nice, simple, "here's the law and how it applies; are you OK with this?" Defense spent nearly 2 1/2 hours giving a story to pull at our heart strings, checking if we understood police procedure, and if we felt we had a right to defend ourselves with deadly force.

After 5 hours we were sent on a break for the lawyers to decide who they were to pick. I'm #47 of 80, so feeling a bit iffy. At 6pm I'm not picked and sent home.

Looking up the case afterwards, dude was honked at by the victim at a roundabout, suspect sped up to catch the victim at the next light, and shot the guy. Dash cam footage from the victim led the police to the suspect, where the found the original plates for the car (car was under a recently purchased tarp) in a crawl space with the weapon. Dude claimed the victim had a gun, but could only say "it was black".

I'm not upset I wasn't picked, but there's no way this case should take four days with what the news reported.
