Helped the girls get the mowers serviced. Yard is still too soupy to mow.

Continuing the collards kick, this time I've added sausage. Toasted the rice in pork fat before boiling, seasoned with garlic, cumin, turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, pepper. Made a simple chicken stock & roux gravy. Red bell peppers, dried jalapeno flake, chopped green onions, red beans.
This made about 6 meals and cost me roughly $15 in major ingredients (ignoring the flour, butter, seasonings).
