OK. I'm sold. Plug-n-Play I assume?
Yep. Had to bust the harness off the rad support to reach them.

They come with adapters that reverse the polarity which had me stumped to begin with because I thought they were to change plug types. Apparently some later trucks have opposite polarity in the harness.

Being a radio guy, LED lighting has always bothered me. If you buy the cheap stuff, your reception can be completely blanked out. My Luyed backup lights will almost completely cover up the local repeater, which is only a problem when backing up but some cheap driving, spot or fog lights would be unusable.

These LED fog lights from Nissan are completely quiet though. I checked across three bands this morning when I got to work and there was no perceptible RF emissions from them. That alone makes me feel good about getting them.

These should fit a frontier, right? I might have to look into getting some if that's the case.

Yep. I think the Frontier is what the adapters are for. I got mine from Z1 Offroad because I wasn't sure about needing the adapters so if you want to order somewhere else for a little cheaper, I'll send you these adapters.

Where/how is your antenna mounted? I had a pinch type hatch mount and it wasn’t fully/properly grounded. I got terrible static with any rear light on, but now that I’m using the rear bumper antenna mount no issue.

I installed my Led fogs and got no static in town and was happy although as soon as I get 10-15 miles out the static gets worse and worse until I can't pickup anything with the fogs running.. I'm not sure what to do.

Badass bumper BTW, is it everything we expected? Smooth swing out, no slop, rock solid..
It's awesome! Everything I've come to expect from Dave. I've got two buddies with them as well so I knew it was worth the money. I'm going to retorque it all soon in case the powder coat has worn any but so far it's rock solid.

I'm changing up my front lift a little. I was running a 1/2" thick spacer on top of my Radflos for a little extra down travel.

Well, even there my upper ball joints slammed into my fender liner hard enough to bend a couple bolts from the fuse/relay boxes.

To remedy that I put in Energy Suspension bump stops with the top ring cut off them and that took care of that issue. However it left about an inch of shock travel unused as witnessed by the line of dirt on the shock rod.

So today while I had everything torn apart anyway, I decided to try a thicker spacer. I had a PRG 2" lift spacer set so I swapped back to the short studs in my Radflo top mounts and installed them. I dropped the preload on my Rads 7 turns on each side to start with. I'll dial in the ride height after I get it all back together.

It worked out pretty good on the passenger side. I had to lift the spindle slightly to get the lower shock bolt in so I believe it would be OK long term. The driver's side didn't work quite as good. I had to pry down a little so full droop has something up there in a bit of a bind.

I'm going to get it back on its tires and test it out for a few days to make sure ot all works OK. But I think I'll try to find a slightly thinner set of spacers for long term use though.

Success! Well, close. I gained the down travel I was after. The 2" PRG spacers are just slightly too tall. My shocks are going to bottom out before my bump stops make good contact and my ball joints are dangerously close to the top plate on the shocks at full droop.

I'm going to have to find a pair of the 1.5" PRG lift spacers for it.

Doing my spring cleaning last weekend I found the inner CV boot blown out on the passenger side. I swapped in my spare to get everything going again.

Today I pulled the cv apart. It apparently didn't go long open. No dirt/grime in it and only enough water for me to think it came from washing the undercarriage.

Also shows zero slop so I'm gonna grease it back up, throw on some new boots and toss it in.

I know I know. Tempting fate. Ordered PRG 1.5" lift spacers. He came through with my shackles so we'll see how this goes. Hopefully he'll get them out fast so I can get my suspension dialed in and be ready to wheel!

One time was nearly two months. The next was about a week. So we'll see which way the average swings with this order. I know a couple guys who NEVER got the stuff they ordered.

In one of those, and it was for 1/2” lift spacers. Eventual PayPal dispute got my money back.

My spacers did arrive and I've got them installed now.

I'll try to post some measurements tomorrow, it's late (for me) and I've got to compose my thoughts.

‘compose my thoughts’ makes me think it didn’t quite do what you wanted - hope that’s not the case *fingers crossed*
