So, I Replaced My Tie Rods...

...and now my tires are showing pronounced positive camber, how does that happen? When I replaced them I made sure the new ones were as close to the same length as the old as I could get, but is this really something that happens? I knew I'd be taking it in for an alignment but I thought it mostly be toe-in. I didn't expect this to happen.

Tie-rods do not effect camber so you must have tweaked something during the process. I'd check the ball joints before I drove anywhere in it. Then check the camber bolts to make sure they're not loose.

When I had it aligned they said the camber bolts were rusted pretty solid. I drove over some speed bumps and that seemed to help. They are pretty straight now.
