I cannot post from Tapatalk, granted I have tried clearing cache's and everything.
As soon as I hit "reply" it tells me "Failed to connect to forum, Pleas contact your forum administrator if this problem persists"

I'll have to do some hunting to see what fixes there are with the latest update. Tapatalk failed to notify me, the owner of XN's app, that there was even going to be a "Tapatalk 2". An update is/was manually upgraded, so this was a surprise to me.

This just started a day or two ago for me as well. Everything was working fine (had just posted something) and a few seconds/minutes later tried to post something else.
It did that a few times, now I can't even access the forum via tapatalk (but can others no problem).
Tried force stopping and clearing cache: no go
Tried uninstalling and re-installing: no go
Having to post via the browser for now

I am not sure as to why tapatalk isn't working on your phone. I can post anywhere on any of the four sites I use without a problem.

RSS is Really Simple Syndication.
It allows you to receive updates from whatever site you subscribe to.

Awesome... http://www.xterranation.org/external.php?type=RSS2 is the URL for the Forum wide RSS feed for folks wanting this...I use an RSS plugin for Trillian to monitor all the forums I use, way easier than logging in to each one just to see if there's any new worth reading. I admined a vBulletin install for my last employer, so knew the URL, just noticed it wasn't enabled. So thanks for doing the necessary to make this work

So just a question about how the site is listed cause on my government computer it blocks XN but before it never did and I can still access other sites like the AZXC and SCCX but no nation

Dead, so far I'm not seeing anything that would block XN. My only guess is some of the content discussed on this site, guns etc. Gov. is strict with what can be seen. If I remember correctly even colleges were blocked on military computers.
One way the block can be lifted, is for your IT guy to ok the site url.
I will still look around to see if anything catches my eye that would prevent XN from being seen.

That's odd thanks for looking into this. It could be what it is being talked about on the site but the mil is kinda odd on what they block and why they block it. I'll try and talk to ones that control what is blocked and see what I do on that end. Thanks again

Here's something I've been thinking about for a while, and forgetting about for just as long.
You know how on the "other forums" there's a spot in the user info (where the avatar is displayed) that lets you say what year your rig is? Can we have that? Not everybody lists in their post what year their truck is, so without this info it can be confusing/difficult to know what they're talking about or to be able to effectively help point them in the right direction.
I realize we have the designated Gen 1 and Gen 2 "rooms", but I feel having the year displayed in the user info would help for any posts that happen in a general area away from the Gen 1/Gen 2 rooms.
