I've never tried to sell on eBay. What are the ins and outs?
Tips for new sellers?
Got a bunch of stuff I should probably sell

I don't want to talk to people. If you have patience, I’d avoid eBay and sell outright. Less fees and bullshiat. Depending what it is, post on specific forums or local shop ads.
You can either weigh and measure what you're selling and pick a carrier and their system will calculate the shipping or you can declare that you're going to charge a dollar amount (or not if offering free shipping). How is shipping dealt with?
Almost seems like a larger sale price with shipping included is easier. Although is it correct that ebay gets part of your sales price, not your shipping charges? so selling an item for $45 gives them more money than selling it for $10+$35 shipping? You can either weigh and measure what you're selling and pick a carrier and their system will calculate the shipping or you can declare that you're going to charge a dollar amount (or not if offering free shipping).
After the auction ends and you get paid you buy the shipping label directly from eBay. Print it, tape it, and drop off your box at whatever service you chose.
Then after 1 business day they transfer what you got paid minus thier fee and minus what you paid for shipping directly ACHd into your bank account.
I'm glad they eliminated PayPal as thier money processor. You actually get to keep more of your money since you don't have to pay both the eBay fee and the PayPal fee.
