I am close to using paint stripper and having to repaint the wheels. After using goo gone pro which should liquify the plastidip and then hours of pressure washing, I cannot get the plastidip off. Any suggestions before I take extreme measures?20230423_162151_HDR.jpg
One did come a bit cleaner. I've been letting them soak with the goo gone pro overnight.

Rubber Eraser wheels to remove stickers mostly saved the day.

Kerosene and the goo gone pro softened it so I could remove most of it with the eraser wheel. Goo gone Pro worked better that goo gone automotive.

For the most part I removed most with the eraser wheel then soaked with Kerosene and goo gone pro, pressure washed off the Kerosene and goo gone pro then eraser wheel again, repeat.

I have new center caps on order as it wasn't worth trying to get the dip off them.

BTW, I also tried paint thinner which didn't do much. I fear acetone would have ruined the paint underneath.

I went with 235/85R16 tires, now I just gotta get them balanced and I'm good to go.

Thanks. I got impatient and there are a few small bits of it left but I figure they will eventually come off.

FYI I mistakenly bought the 8 pack on the jungle website. These were utter garbage as they didn't flake off like the normal eraser wheel does it just melted and stuck to the wheel sometimes burning the paint. Thankfully the jungle site is letting me return them as "defective."
