Rag Joint

Does anyone know if replacements for this are available and what p/n is? Or of there is a universal kit that works? Mine isn't shot but it's causing play and it's annoying. I tightened the bolts the other day and it helped, but I'd like to replace it. I've looked for a couple days at the sites most likely to have it, but haven't been able to find anything. I found one but it's used, and for $45 I'd like to find closer to new.

I searched this site and couldn't find any threads on this either.

Any help would be appreciated.
