Question about door interchangeability

Is there any difference in the actual doors (in this case, a front, passenger side) between a 2001 and any other 1st gen Xterra? I'm sure the interiors are different, but is the actual door body itself the same? Wondering because I have a 2001 with a big rust spot in the middle of the door, and if I can find a replacement that is the right color, I want to know if all 1st Gens would be a direct swap, or if I need to look for specifically a 2001 door (or I guess a 2000).

Thanks.

I installed the passenger side doors from a 2000 onto my 2003 after I rolled it and they fit fine. The interior panels were different colors but are interchangeable. And I think 1 or 2 of the electrical connections were different, so I just spliced the wires for those ones.

I replaced a 2001 X door with one from a Frontier, but don't remember the date of that one. Wound up transferring all the innards from my door to the new one because new one was non-electric.

Thanks, all. Good information to know, because my '01 is Alpine Green and from my observation, that's not nearly as common as some of the other colors (i.e. the ubiquitous yellow). Not being tied to a 2000 or '01 will make finding a green front passenger door much easier. Wiring shouldn't be an issue, as I will swap all the guts from the old door to the replacement.
