Hey man, I recently bought David Boyd’s Calmini SAS’d Xterra with the Waggy D44 front. If you ever need me to measure anything or take photos, let me know. I’ll be glad to help, although this is my first SAS’d truck so I’m learning a bit as I go.
Excellent! I dropped in your thread to check it out, congrats!

Thank you, but I sold the Waggy axle and went Ford high pinion. This will be more fitting for how hard I drive this thing.

Getting ready to turn my vg33e into vg33er, if my vg33e is a 5 speed is there anything else I need to worry about as far as ECM ?
Hey there,

Make sure you get a manual ECU, but assuming you have all of the other ancillary items: Crank pulley, AC pulley (or compressor), injectors, lower intake, upper intake, supercharger, passenger valve cover (or custom PCV setup), belt tensioner bridge, and brake booster line (Or again custom). You should be set. Of course, feel free to reach out or post here if you need any further help.

A few things have changed.
-Waggy axle is gone, and has been replaced with a Ford Dana 44HP axle.
-We are working on building TX10/TX10 doublers, shoot me a message if you are interested. (expect a group buy soon after I get some miles on mine. )

I am working on an Excel for the the supercharger setup as well as the Dodge 1500 brake booster install with ABS using cheap factory BMW parts.

Photos soon to be added.

I would be interested in a doubler group buy! Glad to see you got everything worked out with the axle, you will be much happier with the HP axle, can't wait to see this thing done!

Alright, once we get the test unit installed I will reach out to you guys who are interested in the doublers.

Small update: 44HP is now shortened by 3'' on the long side, full chromoly axles, chevy outers to retain the six lug and flat top knuckles.

Typical me, the daily has received more attention than the Nissan, but progress is happening. Once the axle is back from the builder we will have a roller.

UPDATE!!

After an incredibly busy fourteen months I finally had some time to get her back on the ground. I need to move the front axle back a hair, but other than that, it's time to weld!

Side note: If I haven't said it enough, stay away from the Waggy axle. They are too expensive, don't fit right and are too narrow. I couldn't be happier with my 3" narrower F250 D44HP.
