Polyurethane Vs. Polypropylene Lift Pucks

I'm in the the hunt for a decently priced basic BL kit. Before I buy one, I wanted to sound your perspectives regarding these two materials for BL's. Any experience with either one? I see most of them as polyprop kits, and nisstec has a polyu option.

Any feedback is appreciated.

I did mine with the Zone Pucks, they are great.
Be mindful of your rad hose, I loosened mine off and rotated, but still had a failure on the freeway.
The top inlet plastic on the rad failed and fractured across the top of the rad.
In the bush it would have been in weld & fingers crossed. As it was in town, it was tow truck.
My replacement rad had a little less off set, so hose is great now. Otherwise would need to drop rad or new length hose.

Got it, thanks for the feedback. Pucks in the Zone are available and cheap, but bolts on all hardware and McMaster are either unavailable or way too pricey. Did you guys sourced hardware locally?

There is a guy off ebay selling kits for around 110$ shipped with all hardware for pucks and safety loop, which is about the same if I source things all around. Plus, his pucks are solid...

I went to my local industrial supply shop and picked up the bolts. Although, they had to source two of the long metric bolts from out of province.
It was pretty cheap going that route for the bolts.
The bumper spacer I made out of some of that perforated square tubing that street signs sometimes get put up with. It was perfect.
The other difficult thing to deal with, if you are keeping the stock bumper on for a bit, is the little rubber/steel bracket that holds the fender side of the bumper on. I had both bolts snap, and it’s been really bugging me with the squeaky flapping of the bumper. Managed to mostly fix it now, but it was a pita.

I have it mentioned in the video I posted above...

Thanks a lot, Rob! I have also enjoyed your videos on YouTube, well done and very instructive. I just made an order on Allensfasterners, they did not have the M12 160mm bolts, but I will try to source those locally. Their prices are WAY better than McMasterCarr.
