Welp, just transplanted from an XJ. Its been a week now and i have to say there is a lot to love. Have always loved the Xterra design, and am finding the added comfort level to be the biggest asset. Dont get me wrong, i LOVED the XJ, it was like driving a mountain goat off road. Unfortunately it was just as pleasant on road. I had to practically beg the wife to ride in it!
The one thing i miss the most is the storage under the rear seat. I am finding it a little difficult to find a way to keep certain items away from "nosey neighbors". The other big thing seems to be aftermarket equipment support. Hopefully some of you can steer me in the direction of some good suppliers.20190514_113453.jpg

Not a lot to tell. Just a box stock SE. Only real plans are to aid in durability and usefulness. No plans on a lift or any major suspension changes due to my wife having back issues. ( Had a 3.5" lift on the cherokee i just moved out of and she couldnt get into it). Would like to find a good rear bumper with a tire carrier. It is going to be a daily driver, doubling as a weekend getaway vehicle. I would also like to find a company that mankes a mount for a set of MaxTrax that will attach to the factory roof rack. Any suggestions on suppliers would be greatly appreciated!
