I have a bone stock 2011 s or x not really sure lol, but i was wondering if you could use the coil brackets for a sas to use a bigger coil to lift it still keeping the ifs, i want to lift my x but dont have the big bucks for titan swap. Just trying to figure out what i can do cost wise to get what i want and haven't a clue when it comes to suspension.

Nope. Not gonna happen. How much lift are you wanting and why? Lifts for these trucks are expensive. I have a 3.5" lift and I've got about $1500 in the front end and another $600 or so in the rear end.

To get over 3-3.5 inches and keep ifs and not do a titan swap is to do a drop bracket 6" lift. Or you could also do a 2-3" suspension lift + a body lift.

Calmini for drop bracket for sure. Procomp and fabtec might have them for the xterra too (can't remember for sure). Full sas is on you. No one makes a kit - gotta fab it yourself (also probably the most expensive option by the time it's all done).

Depending on your junk yards, getting Titan hardware might not be too bad. OE Titan uppers and lowers with CV shafts.

Then the pricey bit is the coilovers but you'd be rocking the suspension of a Titan swap for a lot less money.

There has been a recent find on TNX relating to a cheaper coilover route. Supposedly you can use Tundra coilovers, but I don't know the full details.

You don't need the transfer case. You only need the rear gears to match the front. This is easier if you have a OR or P4X trim since they come stock with 3.36 gears front and rear, which matches the Titan Big Tow Package (and the like) gear ratios.

Additionally, you don't have to run the M205 front differential. You can use just the suspension components and utilize V8 Pathfinder CV shafts. You don't net as much lift since I don't think you can use aftermarket upper control arms (I don't know because I skipped this route when doing my swap), but its still closer to what you want.

There are 2 ways to Titan Swap
Option 1. R180 Ie you use the existing R180 and run extended CV's along with Titan UCA's (PRG or Nisstec carry them) and LCA's
Option 2. M205 (Titan Front Diff) use the Titan Diff UCA's, and LCA's (more expensive)
As Prime sad you can also use Pathfinder V8 CV's but good luck finding them as they're Pricey as hell. Ive seen a few were us about the Tundra Coilovers and it sounds like it works well but I have non1st hand experience, personally I'd run Rad's. If you have any questions please let me know, we've done about a dozen TS's out here.
