Noisy Front Suspension 2012 Xterra

Need some advice here if there is any to be given.

I'm running the 5100 bilstein adjustable coil over front suspension. with the stock spring and adjustable upper control arms. Is there a reason my front suspension is so dang noisy? As in squeaky. Or is this to be expected. The suspension is coming up on a year old now and has been noisy from the start. Not sure if I need to take every thing back out and start from scratch or just invest in a different suspension all together. But even the smallest speed bump will make the spring or shocks in the coil over creak and squeak. so you can imagine how irritating offroading can be having to listen to it for miles on end.

Initial install:

5100 bilstein adjustable coil overs set at factory ride height. 3" coil spacer. Adjustable upper control arm. stock coil spring.

Soon to be adjusted and hope to resolve the issue:

Remove 3" coil spacer. Adjust the Bilstein coil over to 2.5 lift height. add .5 coil spacer for true 3" lift height.

Any incite or advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

That was my first assumption as well. But every thing is torqued to speck and double checked.

Welcome to lifted truck noises. My SPC arms squeaked since the day I put them in. Now, my Titan SPC arms squeaked too

Ok that eases my mind a bit then. Yeah I was told to set the bilstein at 2" and use a 1" spacer for a true 3" lift height. Do they make a 1.5" spacer for the Xterra? Is there a way to reduce the noise of the suspension? Grease maybe? Or nope I'm hsit out of luck.

I have a set of 1.5" spacers from eBay. They worked well. Tough to f up a machined chunk of aluminum.

I spray mine down with graphite lube and it'll go away until I wheel, then it's noisy again.
