I don't have 750 available right now. I'll have to hope it stays that price for a while. Even at a grand, it's cheaper than the ARB, since there's no need to deal with the compressor as well.

I dig. Given the cost of an ARB and the extras that go with it, this is a serious possibility.

I greatly prefer the e locker over an air, but I've already bought my arb

I already have air in the truck, but it's still $1000 for an ARB locker and then another $100 for the mini reservoir that the solenoid goes to. ARB, might be stronger, but....

to install it is a very expensive ordeal and if your installer ufcks up and it loses air for any reason..........

I'd much rather have an e-locker than air, personally. Seeing as how I'm still open diffs in the X, this is a definite possibility. I still have the Lokka that I've not had installed yet.

So I've been researching this. TRE is a Chinese company that looks like their air lockers are ARB knock offs. However, If all they're doing is copying ARB then what's up w/ the E-lockers that no other company seems to offer. Did they just adapt an electronic actuator to the knock off ARB design?

There is a long history about these chinese knockoffs, I 100% steer clear of them and urge everyone here to do the same.

Oh I completely agree. I was just wondering why there were no other e-locker options if Chinesium has one. Because they're never original.
