New Clutch In A 2015 Pro4x

Started getting some slippage and decided the clutch is going.. Its got 60k on it and while I've read it isn't crazy to have to replace at that point, I do, at least in part, blame a stupid thing I did a couple years ago that burnt the clutch up really bad...

Anyway, I talked with a shop and plan to bring it in on the 24th. But I've been doing a lot of research and I'm trying to weigh my options on parts and what to replace.
For instance, apparently the X has a dual mass flywheel. From my limited research, I've heard it is smart to replace these at the same time as a clutch. I found on rockauto a LUK DMF098 replacement for $250 which seems decent. I also heard that the EXEDY NSK1006 clutch is a good one.

I'm seriously considering buying those two things as the replacements, but I wanted to get some feedback on them and if anyone has had any experience with those.

Lastly, I saw some mentions of single mass flywheels. Now I don't know what part would work in the X but the upsides seem rather good and the only 1-2 downsides don't really sound like downsides. Anyone here switch to a single mass flywheel? If so what part and what're your thoughts on it.

When I had mine done I went full Jim Wolf. Lightweight flywheel and organic disc. The flywheel made an amazing difference in throttle response. And the friction surface is replaceable. So you don't have to replace the entire flywheel. Most noticeable difference that the clutch went to switch status. It doesn't like to slip much. It's just grabs and goes.

I'm very happy with the results.

Thanks for the response! I had seen them mentioned here and there and was checking out their site earlier. Do you need the parts kit as well L3507-CSCM1, or just the clutch and flywheel?

It sounds super nice and from what I can tell it is a single mass flywheel, which seems like a good thing. I must say that it is pretty much double the price (based on their website). Are their part orderable somewhere else or is it best to go through their site?

I realized just now I forgot to say what the mechanic quoted me. With parts and labor $1264. I didn't ask the breakdown, so I need to call him and see so I can figure out the price difference.

I have been running the JWT clutch for several years now and it is a great clutch/flywheel system. It has a nice feel (much different from OEM) and is a more affordable upgrade than replacing the stock clutch system. I ordered directly from JWT.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Did you need to order the parts kit as well? Part #L3507-CSCM1

Finally got around to calling the mechanic. He wasn't going to replace the flywheel and if he did he wants to charge $900 for a powertorque. I asked about bringing my own parts in and he said thats fine, but labor goes to $900 and he won't warranty the parts/work.

Given that, I'm seriously considering ordering the JWT parts from 4x4parts.com but I'm not sure if I need to order anything extra. I have:
High Performance Clutch
(DTJTNC000FTX)
High Performance Flywheel
(DTJTNF000)
and a throwout bearing.

Is that all?

Since some people may be interested to hear back.
As I said I did end up getting JWT. My mechanic was apparently pretty busy and it took a week to get it back, but he said he really liked the JWT clutch and said it was very good quality.
I've only driven it a bit so my impression are early, but so far it feels a lot more like a car clutch. Very easy and smooth to shift. I also haven't noticed any increased Noise, Vibration, Harshness. Though if I'm outside the car and it is idling in neutral there is a bit of a gear rattle.

Total cost was a bit over $1k for the parts and a bit over $1k for labor (including tax and a synthetic oil change). So now the only work that needs doing on it is new tires. Maybe brakes in another 10k or so.
