I bought an Xterra new in 2006 drove it for about 10 years and sold it. I have the itch again and I have the opportunity to purchase this 2011 Pro-4X. It has 140,000 miles but it is absolutely spotless (the current owner runs and owns a detail shop). Has 5 brand new KO2 tires, SPC adjustable control arms and Radflocoils, Nisstech shackles and a Hefty Fab swing away rear bumper. My question is what would be a ballpark value? Asking price is 10K, does that sound reasonable? Thanks

I drove it and it runs great. Has a new optima battery and K&N full CAI. Now leaks anywhere that I saw.
