My Medallion

Our poor college car is a 2007 Saturn Ion. Bone stock. Bought it brand new in, well, 2007. Nothing fancy. Just an A to B car in every respect. The Xterra is basically our do all vehicle. But we don’t drive it much really. I think I’ve put 200 miles on it in the last 3 months. But the vehicle I drive daily, and receives virtually zero attention (aside from gratuitous jobsite pics for the company calendar) is my medallion. It’s my work truck. My money making machine. Well, it’s not mine, technically. But they gave me the keys to it years ago and I enjoy every gallon of free diesel fuel I pump into it. Having a work truck at home on the weekends is way nice. Anyway, here’s a few cool pics of my 2015 Ford F550 service truck. I take these for the company’s Facebook page. Cuz it’s such a diverse and interesting job.

And if keeping my Xterra spotless seems daunting, try keeping a service truck’s cabin clean. It’s a never ending battle some days.

Basically is. I’ve worked out of a lot of trucks in my day, from vans to big Peterbilt trucks. This one is my favorite.
