Just saw this on the Cherokee County concealed carry permit (weapons carry license / WCL) FAQ page:

Q: "I’ve applied for a WCL and have been denied due to my 15 page criminal history containing multiple felonies and drug convictions. Do I get my $75.00 back?"

A: "No."

Sad to say, I have NO doubt they actually get asked questions like that....

They must have been asked enough to deem it necessary to put in the FAQ.
