Misfire around 2k rpm intermittent

2005 Xterra with 205k miles, I have a slight misfire under light load at around 2k-2,300rpm. It is not all the time and won’t throw a code! I had this same problem earlier this summer so I changed my spark plugs and it went away until now. What do you guys think it is? This thing won’t give me a break with problems.

What kind of plugs did you put in? Was there any oil in the spark plug tubes?

No oil! I had NGK plugs in! I’m thinking I got some crappy plugs, going to drive to Z1 this weekend and pick up some OEM ones.
