Have a stainless Wok. The Handle Rubber is starting to crack and will fall soon.. What to replace or fix with? thoughts Ideas??

Was thinking of using the Fusible Silicone Tape, I use For my Ham Coax antenna Connections. Tough stuff, and its silicone. it's on the Table for a Plan! ;-)

thought would post up, case someone might have another option?

I so need to buy a meat slicer...

Going to be doing a round roast today for lunch meats. Should be tons of flavor between the smoker, and all this natural smoke from the mountains burning up. Anyone know what spices and such goes with a nice pine/evergreen mixture?

Well, the tin foil one worked but was messy so I Amazon'd a SS one for cheeses and bourbon. Let the smoke roll~View attachment 25331
You will like that... Place some TIck marks on the side, for gauging how much Pellets you will need for 2 , 4 hour Etc smoke time..

turns Any BBQ into a smoker, for Meats, Cheese, garlic, Whiskey, Hobbits.. ;-)

Smoker tube is awesome, finally picked one up this summer since I dont have space for a bbq and full smoker. And cant really ditch the gas grill as I have an individual in my house that is capable of operating it, but I dont trust with real fire...

Pretty sure my wife is getting mildly annoyed that I want to smoke everything now

Cold smoke some Cheese, Vacuum seal bag them.. Write date and what smoke used Duration. Toss in fridge, to open in 5 months.. The longer it ages, the more Tasty they get. Warning trying in within 5 day's is nasty acid tasting..

Make them during winter Enjoy late summer.. Min age 6 months. Least that is what I use, and my new friends seem to know my cheese schedule..

Just play with smoke levels on the meats.

An onion rubbed on your hot grate is the best cleaner and doubles as a moisturizer and smellorama for the beer drinkers nearby..

Did a hickory turkey for Thanksgiving (the real one, not the delayed one you American's like to celebrate....), turned out really well. The family is discussing doing the same thing for Christmas this year.

Not exactly meat, but I loaded up on a bunch of cheese this week too from the grocery store, just trying to find the time to cold-smoke that.

Depends on length of smoke. But with the time frame will be okay.. not the best.. Age seems to be the key in Cold smoke cheese.

If yea fail. they were sober! ;-).

I be waiting for snow fall, For next years batch of Cheese..
