M205 flange & bearing replacement

Looking at picking up a titan swap setup and i'm curious as to what it takes to replace the bearing. The owner says that the driver side flange has some play in it so without looking at it myself I have to assume the worst, which is that the bearing and flange are both shot. It's a 2008 4x4 so it shouldn't be a C clip issue. I know that i'll have to open up the diff and pull the gears but how big of a deal is that? I installed a Lokka on my R-180 and it wasn't that big of a deal. I can't find a how to anywhere for doing the bearings on the M205.

Courtesy Parts will sell them. I went to another dealer, pull a parts, you-name-it. Nobody else would bother. Nissan specialists will tell you that if you replace some of it, you might as replace all of it: bearings, flanges, bearig caps, bolts. Even Courtesy wanted about $350-500 worth of parts.

I would pass on it to be honest. Its better off to wait for one in better condition. I say that because I thought I could fix one I had bought. The flange was totally f***ed and nobody would touch it. I ended up buying a '08 a month later and sucked up the cost of the first. Save yourself the trouble.
