LCA bushings

I have a decent amount of forward/backward movement coming from the bushings on my barely a year old/11k mile Moog lca's that I want to get rid of. Does this order seem right for trying to fix this?

1. Delrin washers to shim the lca in place and hopefully block it from moving around.
Cost: $20-$42

2. Go through the horrible process of removing the rubber bushings and install a set of polyurethane bushings.
Cost: $159 + having to rent a press + buy saw blades + probably taking a day to complete.

or

3. Buy a new set of LCA's from Nissan, I know they have to have better quality bushings than the moogs but idk if the lift will just quickly wear them out too.
Cost: $350 and faster to install than the bushings route.

I haven't been able to find any bushings that fit and don't require removal of the outer sleeve, I wish I could because that would save a ton of time.

I did. Removing the old bushings was easy actually. Mine were so worn out I could slide the inner sleeve out by hand. Then carefully cut through the outer sleeve with a sawzall. You can easily tap it out with a hammer and punch after that.

Do yourself a favor and buy delrin replacement bushings from PRG. I cheaped out and bought whiteline. What a PIA. Delrin should be much easier - totally worth the extra $50 or so imo.

I have a feeling mine will come out like that too with how much I feel them moving around. What was the difference between the PRG Delrins and the the Whitelines? Is the Whiteline set a solid bushing vs a half?

I'm starting to lean toward replacing the entire arm when I do this, it seems like the LBJ is getting stuck or something.

I went over some railroad tracks yesterday (the paved over kind) and on backside the right front wheel didn't travel down, it hammered on/off the road surface and with a ton of force pulled to the right. I had to nearly slam on the brakes to stop from going onto the side of the road and I was only going maybe 30-40 mph. After this I drove on and it handled like normal again. Nissan LCA's are around $165 each and if I put the Delrin bushings into those that would be a pretty good setup I think?

Update I: My local dealer has the LCA's listed for $205 each vs $166 from Courtesy Nissan so I called this morning to ask if they would price match another dealer because I'd prefer to buy local and the guy looked it up and said no problem.

I'm wondering if I should still go the total replacement bushing route or just use the Delrin washers and call it a day. I don't recall having any bushing problems with the original LCA's.

Update II: Installed the Nissan LCA's + Delrin washers and all problems have been resolved.
