That's too bad. My wife just picked up her own '02 not that long ago and started wheeling it. Hopefully you get it back on the road soon!!

BTW, if you end up parting it out, I'm local (if you're still in the Boise area, anyways), and would take that bumper off your hands. Just saying.

LOL, like I said, this is NOT the end. It's only the beginning. I've owned her since 2009 and we don't give up on vehicles. There will be no parting out.

Hubby built the bumper himself. I'd totally be down to show her off, but she's parked outside waiting for a transplant of some sort. TBD.

I was just admiring yours. I don't have enough knowledge of German cars to to that swap. I'm thinking Chevy, Toyota, or another Nissan engine.

Nissan TD27 was factory equipped in WD21s overseas. Should be easy enough.

It's my understanding that those weren't available here, so finding one would be difficult..
