I had a new radio installed and now when I open the door with the key in the ignition, that buzz alarm doesn't sound. The door switch works because the dome light goes on when the door opens. Is there some way to trouble shoot the key in ignition warning sound?

I'd start by pulling the plastic from the bottom of the steering wheel and see if anything is obviously disconnected.
If not, then head over to nicoclub.com and get the factory service manual for the year of your truck and look at the wiring schematic of that system. It all goes to the BCM which is under the dash. I'm betting it's just a disconnected plug.

I unplugged a Wire, that controlled the ANNOYING OPEN Door chime.. a few weeks after buying the X. I tend to keep Doors open, and or stealth mode..
Trying to recall, Under dash, right under the steer Column black wire with white plug. It was the controller for the door chime.. It's now unplugged. With out stuffing my phone under dash and snapping bunch of photos. With the hope of getting a non blurry or dark photo. Dang, new Iphone sucks in taking photos, with hunting down for a fill in flash.
