Installing the Luno Cargo Hammock when missing a grab handle?

I recently purchased the cargo hammock from www.lunolife.com. It seemed like a helpful solution for when sleeping in the back. Nice to have essentials available overhead.

However, the hammock has to be attached to four grab handles, one over each door.

For the first time, I noticed that there is no grab handle above the driver side door. Without it, the hammock can't be held taut and in the proper position.

The handle on the A pillar is too far to reach with the straps (angle would be weird even if it could).

Does anyone here have some suggestions or jury rigged solutions I could try?

I wouldn't trust the grab handles in an Xterra to support body weight in a hammock.

I think it's more for stuff storage, not people storage.
