Humming vibration noise, and just confused

Need help because I am confused as can be. X used to have completely bald tires on the front (like drag slick bald), and there was this humming vibration sound when driving, and would get louder as I would accelerate, but stop increasing about 55mph. Thinking it was just due to the bad tires, I ignored it.

Now with the brand new tires that went on just Thursday, it is still happening. No alignment has been done yet, as I am waiting for my weekend and a paycheck...but could they fix the issue? Are there other things that I should be looking at?

They're above the exhaust. The clamps get brittle with age and heat and lead to a sympathetic vibration. The fix is to either clamp them down with a hose clamp, or rip them off entirely.

I’ll check it out. The sound seems to come from the front, at least that is what I can hear. I’ll check it out thanks!!!

What size? If stock size than the sticker in the drivers door pillar should tell you.
I’m running tires that are 3% bigger than stock and rated to 80psi cold when carrying 3400 lbs each. I run about 40 psi and thats probably on the high side.
