OTR truck driver with a 2003 Xterra that I want to build into an off road beast. Played with Jeeps and 'ol school Scouts, along with some early Broncos in the past. Now, I want to run what I brung and not worry about classic, rust, or Just Empty Every Pocket. I may not wheel it as much as I like, because I'm only hauling the food and goods you all need. But, one day I'll be home. Looking for a 4WD shop in the SLC or South area. Ken

Welcome!

Xterras are great for most wheeling outside the really hard stuff. Armor is the big deal initially, but there souks be a reasonable second hand market for 1st Gens

Welcome! You might have to invest in metric tools if you haven't already but the X's are easy to build up.
