Winter is comig, and with that snow chains are in my future. in my old 4runner I just left them in my pasanger side floor but I don't want to trash the carpet in my new ride so how do you store the nasty rusty snow chains in your truck? I'm leaning towards a ammo box in the back and Rhino Lining the inside of the box.

Mine actually came with a small bag to put them in. Could get a simple, cheap duffle bag or something. An ammo box would be cool if you could find one big enough, might rattle a lot when moving though.

There is alot of rattle in the rear with the toolbox and I will have alot of rattle up top with the hi lift. There is a mil surplus about 2 miles from my place so I could go dig some up easily.

Well if you already have rattling, and don't mind it, I'd say you're good to go with the ammo box!
