Title pretty much says it all- I came across this video while watching some wheeling stuff on Youtube and thought it was pretty cool to see an ARB bumper made start to finish.

That is a very cool manufacturing process. Really makes you think, if that much effort goes into a bumper in a facotry with auto pressess and robotic welders, imagine how much effort goes into a Shrock or an Insain or Hefty Fab bumper that's all hand built. Suddenly those long lead times become way more acceptable.

The time and the cost begin to make a lot more sense after seeng this video. It also makes me beyond blown away by the guys throwing bumpers out in 4 weeks.

Indeed! I was super happy and pleasantly surprised when my front bumper that I ordered from RLCweldfab came like 2 or 3 WEEKS later. Really quick and great quality for what he has to go through to make them. This is really cool to see. I'd like to see how they make them handmade though.
