Hey there GG, I was wondering about the hood graphics you had posted over on another thread. You had said you would post something over here in your area but I have not seen anything. I am interested in the one you had posted with "Xterra" on an angle. What do the run? Are they hard to put on? Thanks for any reply...

I feel as though this may have been over looked by creepy so bump, this would sweet if you offered a blackout kit with maybe the xn cut into it or underlayed or overlayed

Yep, somehow I guess I missed this thread a long time ago, lol. (that's why emails work so much better)

I'll have to do the actual measurements, but I think we can do something cool like this for you guys.

Nice!! I like it. I would definitely be up for it if my hood didn't look like a golf ball from hail damage. Heck, I might be up for it anyway.

Creepy, what difficulty is that going to be to install? I know it installs like a normal sticker but would a novice be able to install this?

I can make you the lettering to go underneath it no problem. (we do them all the time).

As for the single piece blackout though, to be honest, you'd be better off buying that part from the other guy that sells them. We only run 24" machines here, and i used to have some cut by a friend with a bigger machine, but it just wasn't worth the time or money to carry them. Not to mention, almost every customer messed them up while trying to install them themselves, lol, because they are so huge. I think that guy will make them with bubble free wrap material now as well if you ask. (makes the install much easier.)

I personally love the look of the raised lettering under the matte black.

The single piece ones are a little tricky because they are so huge, but the ones that we sell, (that have the big logo cut into them) are pretty easy. We send them in many smaller pieces, with targets to line them up, and since all the edges are distresses, you don'r have to be so perfect on any of the edges for it to look good. We make them very easy to install for the beginner.

One with the tire tread and xterra on it would be great.

Yeah that's what I was wondering, I know of the other guy I was hoping maybe I could get one from you that wrapped the nose of the hood, but I can imagine what a nightmare that could be

Well, for something like that, that is totally custom, (no pattern to go from), we have a different route we can go actually. Email me and I'll explain the whole thing. No problem.

I just caught the watermark on that photo. That guy lives down by me, hah. He does some pretty cool things with it. Think his name is Nick. That decal is pretty awesome, though.

This looks awesome! So would do this with mine, but I'd be afraid of messing it up

Actually if you use the Vigg Designs control tack version, it's pretty easy. You would buy the logo part from me, and install it first, then install the hood black out over the top. They just had a group buy on them for a cheaper price too. (I don't know if you can still get in on it or not.)

I think tire tracks would be pretty sweet under the hood blackout

You could very easily tape the hood off and then plastidip and then peel the tape. should look identical to the viggs design.

Yea, I love my plastidip. So easy to apply and just as easy (if applied right) to remove.

Could you make stencils in stead of stickers? Cause I'd like to do that but I don't want to waste a good sticker

Yep, we make masks all the time for people, but unfortunately it's the same price either way, lol. (same material and time, just weeded backward)

Well, we've done magnets before that work pretty good, but they cost even more than decals do, lol. We also have a static cling, but it costs more as well. There just isn't much out there that's light enough to cut on a plotter, that's cheaper than a decal.
