Fuel Lines.jpg
Hey guys, new to the forum.
I have a 2004 Xterra XE, 3.3l, V6 4WD. It has 230k miles and I want to get it back on the road for the boy, who is about to get his drivers license.
Check engine light came on and the code indicated it was a evap leak.
I replaced the gas cap, but the light came back and I ended up buying another vehicle because it was my daily driver and I couldn't pass the emissions test in GA due to the light.
Fast forward 2 years...
I am replacing the Fuel Filler neck and thought I would replace some of the hoses coming out of the gas tank since they were pretty rough.
Ended up cutting off 4 hoses, which was probably a mistake.
I have been looking online for replacements, but it looks like all these hoses are discontinued.
Any suggestions on how to find replacements? I can't seem to find them available anywhere and didn't know if they were crossed over somewhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have been on all of the OWM Nissan Sites, Parts Geek, Rock Auto, etc. with no luck.
Pic attached of the 4 lines I need.

Hey,

Welcome to the forum! Fairly new myself.

For the fuel hoses specifically, check the recall list. I had an issue with mine a couple years back and they replaced all the fuel lines for free at the dealer, along with a few other bits. Before I did this though, I got a fuel line connector to the tank from NAPA. It was for a Buick but it had the same clip and worked until I got the recall stuff done.

I'm chasing down evap issues myself and have replaced the switch/valve under the hood, and the other one near the evap can. I think my evap can is full of water this time around though, as I've gone through a few fairly deep puddles and my previous fix was sort of a hack anyway.

As far as fuel filler neck hose cuttings, the only thing I can think of is going to a junk yard, pulling it apart piece by piece, and taking pics along the way (and grabbing those hoses, if you can't find locally).

Either way, good luck with the hunt and welcome to the Mad House!

Cheers
