I just installed the Ironman HD leaf springs, both sides new shackles, bushings, u-bolts.
it’s lifted my rear end up a lot.
now, it has a vibration to it, and it sounds like a tractor going down the road at 25-35 mph.
What could this be?
never had any of these issues prior

I ended up keeping all the springs, I got an 2.5* shim im goin to install Friday.
I have about 4-500 lbs of wood in it, and it significantly reduced the vibrations so I’m guessing the angle is wrong

If I may offer a suggestion. No Moog. OE lowers, Hitachi (OE from Rockauto) tie rods, and if you're still in stock geometry OE uppers. If not, SPC. Lastly, if you do the Bils up front, don't use the rings on the spring seats to raise the front end. You'll top the shocks out and blow them in no time. Do some cheap top spacers or get some Nisstec or Radflo coilovers.

You'll spend more up front, but the reliability is worth the coin.

Did you ever get rid of the vibration? Dealing with the same thing. I shimmed 2 degrees & nothing, then shimmed 4 degrees, still the same.
