Test Drive
Hi all, just beginning to rebuild my 2003, looking for headers for a 2.4 engine. i have search and all i can find is for v6. Anyone know where i can get a setup

The KA24 was never a really wide spread engine, used mostly on really low base model X, Pathfinder, Frontier, and then on the 240sx (S13 and S14).
I did find this (http://www.dragtimes.com/Nissan--240SX-headers.html) but I have no idea how the routing might be different between 240sx and the X. If you haven't already, you'd do well to get an exhaust shop involved.

Only brands I can think of off the top of my head offering anything for the 2.4L Xterra/Frontier would be Megan or Pacesetter, neither of which I would invest the time or money into swapping out for.
If I was to give you any good advice, I'd see about pulling the Manifold off a JY truck. And either take it to someone at a fab shop for custom exhausts or contact me and I can put you in touch with a man in Florida whom does everything from custom manifolds and turbo builds on some exotic cars to track cars and understands all aspects of exhaust scavenging and making it work. He's on my personal linkedIn page as a business contact.
