$16 plus $1 for a liability card that needs to be renewed each year (if you go on a slow day this is normally waived)

Unfortunately I haven't been to Haspin with anyone more experienced then me in the group (and I'm still a n00b), but there are PLENTY of trails that a stock or lightly modified X can do... when it's dry. When it's wet Haspin becomes a mud bog and is barely even tolerable. I've been there in both conditions, but here are a few pics and vids of the trails

I haven't found this area of the park yet... but Haspin is most famous for Devil's Backbone and here are a few vids

The trail map is kind of nice to have as a point of reference, but the markers on the trails have been ripped down so it's not too incredibly informative. That's about all I've got on Haspin for now, I am planning on another return trip tho so if it's nice some day in the next month and I can take a day off I may shoot that way and try to scope it out a little more

Devels Backbone is off to the left as you are entering the park. On the long enterence before the gate it is paralell to the enterance.

It is also an all or nothing kind of hill, either it is dry and all of the wheeling gobbles are with you with lockers gears and the right wheel base for the day(it can change a lot from day to day).

But you are right, when it is dry you can still find hood swallowing mud, but when it rains for a short while, the clay just gets slick, like with a highway tire like long trails or the like you may need help getting out of the park.

This was the first park I ever ran (GraniteX was there, and I believe Brady blew up his alternator in that hole). Stock tires made it more difficult than it needed to be, but the rear locker helped.
