Found a coolent leak today. Once again it is at the back of the engine going to have to look further into that. When the engine runs for a few minutes it stops leaking.

Those rims and tires make a big difference on the stance of your truck, Looking good!
Thanks, it funny how changing one thing makes a big difference to how a vehicle looks. I have been getting a lot more "nice jeep" complements since adding them.

Had to change my positive battery terminal today. I went to run to the store and the xterra world not start so I checked the battery connection and found that the terminal was broken. I ended up replacing it with a marine terminal.

Don't you just love the "nice Jeep" comments. The Xterra is much better than a Jeep

So I took the X back to the garage to get an oil leak fixed; the guy thinks it's the valve cover gasket( entirely possible). While it was in there I had the grassroots centerlink installed, front shocks, and the torsion bars indexed. He said he had to press the bars out of the keys. This is how it is currently sitting.

Got home this morning and had some time to look under the old girl and discovered that my torsion bars were cranked to far. I'm riding on my bump stops on the passenger side and barely off of them on the drivers side. The bad thing is I don't have a good place that is flat to adjust them.

So I'm thinking about taking my light bar off if I don't get these other lights sold thinking about trying to convert them to led.

Just got my X back from the garage yesterday. the rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, and oil pan gasket was all replaced. Hopefully this will be the last of my oil issues and I can move on to something fun.

Finally got my winch and factor 55 flatlink installed this past weekend. I need to adjust my Torsion bars to compensate for the extra weight.

I did a thing today! Hopefully this will take care of my misfire I had. the vent tube had a big crack in it that I had done a temporary fix on but it was starting to fail.

I see it's been awhile since I updated this. Nothing has really changed as far as the x goes I have a lot of stuff to get done so I can get her back on some trails. And after looking through my build thread I realized it has been a long time since I have hit any trails.

Just took a measurement on my rear tires and they have about 11/32 tread left the front not so much due to worn out front suspension. They have somewhere between 30 to 35,000 miles on them. I have only rotated once because by time I found the time to do it the cupping on the front was so bad I said screw it.
