Thank Terry, This was out on Assateague Island. The permit and experience is almost not worth the trip. There is only a small part of the beach to drive on and its infested with horse flies (the buggers bite chunks out of you) and sand fleas. I would recommend going down to the Outer Banks in NC for a lot better experience.

If you're going to Carolla, you should make the trip up to Carova Beach. It's worth it.
