Gen1 roof wet box, bolts and fit

Are these first wider-head bolts the ones holding the front air dam on Gen1?

not these narrow headed ones holding the rest of the roof rack to the roof

Also, do the air dams fit from 2000-2004 fit any other year 2000-2004 as well?
So an air dam from 2000 would fit 2003, and 2002 would fit 2001

Although everything is off my roof and mine's a gen2 how about seeing if the # of larger headed bolt's is the same as the # of hole's in the air dam itself . The indentation's in my dam and the feet that attach the rail's to the roof look like all the same size , I'm just not sure where I put the bolt's in the basement to check. Are the thread's different in size also ?

Yes, those air dams fit any Gen1. And yes, in my experience, those wider head ones fit the air dam part.
